Chicken and Pomegranate dish

  • 3-4 chicken legs
  • Pomegranate juice
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 spoon dried coriander
  • Olive oil
  • 2 crushed tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Lay the chicken in 3-4 spoons of pomegranate juice.
  2. Add the onion, garlic and coriander.
  3. After 1 hour, heat 4 spoons of olive oil in a heavy sauce pan
    and the marinade.
  4. After a few minutes add the crushed tomatoes,
    cover and cook on low light for 11/2 hours.
