Chicken and Pomegranate dish- 3-4 chicken legs
- Pomegranate juice
- 2 chopped onions
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 spoon dried coriander
- Olive oil
- 2 crushed tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions: - Lay the chicken in 3-4 spoons of pomegranate juice.
- Add the onion, garlic and coriander.
- After 1 hour, heat 4 spoons of olive oil in a heavy sauce pan
and the marinade. - After a few minutes add the crushed tomatoes,
cover and cook on low light for 11/2 hours.
