Pomegranate and Apple Juice

(2 servings)
  • 3 Pomegranates
  • 11/2 cup apple juice

Instructions:

  1. Cut the Pomegranate in halves.
  2. Take the pulp out and mix it for a minute in a food processor.
  3. Keep the liquid and mix it with the apple juice and serve with ice.

Grenadine (Pomegranate) sauce

Instructions:
  1. Squeeze the juice from the Pomegranate.
  2. Bring to boil a cup of Pomegranate juice and an equal quantity of sugar.
  3. Add the juice of half a lemon.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes and cool.
